Absentee Bid Agreement

I give Bricker Auction Company permission to bid on the adove stated item on my behalf.*

I have looked over and agree that the above items are being bought as is, where is, and in current condition. I also agree that once items are bid off to my number that I am in charge of the liability of those items which includes if they are broken or stolen.*

I agree to pay for those items on the day of the auction either by check, cash, or credit card.*

I understand that Bricker Auction Company will bid in 10% increments until you're the high bid or outbid. We will not go over your high bid amount. Floor bids will win if they are the same as your high bid amount.*
