Find a Real Estate Agent
Finding a real estate agent is very important because this is the person that will be guiding you through the process and putting your home sale into their hands. Make sure to choose someone that best fits your needs, and you are comfortable with. We hope that is us! No pressure...

Signing a Listing Agreement
Now that you found the real estate agent you feel is the best choice for you and your property then comes signing a listing agreement. This contract authorizes the real estate agent to represent you and find a buyer. Without it, you and the real estate agent are vulnerable to many situations that can leave you *****Add reasons*****. For your records, make sure that you get a copy once the listing agreement is signed.

Prepare Your Property
Speak with your real estate agent and tour the property together to discuss how best to show and market the listing. This will also allow them to take photos of the property (this can also be done later if you need more time to prepare the property to look its best.)
*Keep in mind, this is still your property, and if you don't want to move or stage anything that is up to you. However, remember that the real estate agent is there to help to the best of their abilities. Take what they suggest into consideration.
