Puppies 8-16 weeks old must have up-to-date vaccines and vet checks with documentation proof for each puppy to be sold. NO ADULT DOGS. Lost checks are subject to charges. Stop payment fees are $32.00. The auctioneer will deduct the commission from the proceeds. In the event of non-payment by the buyer, the auctioneer, in its sole discretion may (a) offer the property at a future auction, (b) cancel the sale and return the property to the owner. The auctioneer shall not, under any circumstances, be liable for any consequential damages to the owner as a result of non-payment by the buyer. Bricker Auction Company has the right to charge a buyer's premium, and that belongs to the auction company. Auctioneers do not warrant the safety or working conditions of anything sold. No animals can be removed after consigned unless approved by auction staff. Any check lost in the mail will need two full weeks from the date mailed to be returned to Bricker Auction Company by the post office. After such time, a check will be reissued. Checks are not guaranteed on the day of the auction and will be mailed out 7 to 15 days after the completion of the auction.
